Simplicity 9641; © 1990 Heirloom Oliver Goodin; Toddlers' Dress or Rompers with Button-On Skirt or Shorts: Back buttoned shirt with Peter-Pan collar, front yoke and tucked front has short sleeves and piping trim. Piping trim is made from skirt or shorts fabric. V. 1 and 2 have gathered sleeve with bias band. V. 3 and 4 have flat sleeve with tuck detail. Lined skirt or shorts have side buttoned openings. V. 1 skirt and V. 2 and 3 shorts are gathered to waistband. V. 2 and 3 shorts have elasticized leg edges. V. 4 shorts have shaped upper edge.

Breast or Chest: 19 to 22 inches
Waist: 19 to 20 1/2 inches
